Aditya Parihar
Aditya was called to the Bar in June 2022 and since becoming a lawyer, has practiced entirely in the areas of family and divorce law. Aditya has appeared in both the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and Alberta Court of Justice.
Through his studies at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, Aditya volunteered with Student Legal Services providing legal information and assistance in court to low-income individuals. In his third year of law school, Aditya was selected as a Dayleader, supervising other students at Student Legal Services. Aditya maintains his passion of providing legal services to low-income individuals, and volunteers with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre to provide free family law advice to Albertans in need.
Aditya believes that collaborative dispute resolution in family law often results in long lasting solutions that both parties can be happy with. However, if settlement and negotiations are unsuccessful, Aditya is eager to represent and advocate for his clients in Court.
Aditya was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. In his spare time, he enjoys building and painting miniatures, watching hockey and soccer, or spending time with his family and friends.
