Sarb brings 30 years of family law experience to this firm. He has comprehensive experience and has realized success at all levels of Alberta courts.
He prides himself on his work ethic and negotiation skills. He enjoys meeting new people and this, coupled with his outgoing and empathetic nature compelled him to focus his practice on family law and estate litigation. He takes pride in his ability to help his clients navigate through emotionally difficult and legally complex matters.
Sarb’s family law practice focuses on all aspects of family law, including child support, spousal and/or adult interdependent partner support, parenting matters, and, his primary focus; divorce and division of property involving family-owned businesses.
Sarb understands that losing a loved one is painful and confusing, and that, much like family law, estate disputes involve complex emotions and close personal relationships. Sarb uses his extensive experience to advise and guide his clients as they navigate disputes involving estates, assisting them in respecting the wishes of the deceased while strategizing and assisting to obtain the desired outcome.
As well as English, Sarb is fluent in Punjabi. In his free time Sarb enjoys playing soccer and skiing.
